Stànùsij̼íhg Se (Stà /nʊˈsij̼ɪ̞g/ [hole; gap; void; crack; cleavage] [liar]) is a subtropical Town located in the Qùkēi̊v Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Stànùsij̼íhg Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Stànùsij̼íhg Se was founded by Ymviesh Ritchie Thomas, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Stànùsij̼íhg Se has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Stànùsij̼íhg Se receives an average of 284 cm/y (111 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Stànùsij̼íhg Se covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2158 m (7080 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Stànùsij̼íhg Se was founded durring the early 10th century, by Ymviesh Ritchie Thomas. The establishment of Stànùsij̼íhg Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Stànùsij̼íhg Se's construction back out of the project. Ymviesh Ritchie Thomas pushed on reguardles, and Stànùsij̼íhg Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Stànùsij̼íhg Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se is was constructed arround several narrow split-log ties mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Stànùsij̼íhg Se's timber-based walls are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are smiling, quietly exchanging words with a friend, or simply enjoying the day as they work. It reminds you of an evening at home as everyone dined, having run out of things to talk about and embraced the savory meal before them.
Civic Infrastructure
Stànùsij̼íhg Se has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Stànùsij̼íhg Se. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Stànùsij̼íhg Se's parks.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Stànùsij̼íhg Se.

Stànùsij̼íhg Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Stànùsij̼íhg Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Stànùsij̼íhg Se's natural decorations nor waterways.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Stànùsij̼íhg Se's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

The Bloodbrush near Stànùsij̼íhg Se are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Stànùsij̼íhg Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves sex to channel Charm energies of tier 1 via throat chanting.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Stànùsij̼íhg Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Stànùsij̼íhg Se lost 286 people, 186 livestock, and 88 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 57, when members of Stànùsij̼íhg Se's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a particular bridge. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the bridge, which ended in a crushing defeat for Stànùsij̼íhg Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Stànùsij̼íhg Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
